Rates, terms & conditions
Prices vary slightly according to the different activities and the number of participants. With experience, I find it is better to keep the client/guide ratio down.

Reservation & Payment Your trip will be reserved upon receipt of a 50% deposit. This deposit should be received thirty days prior to the activity with the remaining balance due at the start of the activity.
If you are booking your trip at short notice, this payment schedule does not apply.
A confirmed reservation commits the client to the remainder of the bill. We strongly recommend the use of cancellation insurance.
Payment via a bank transfer is preferred. Bank details will be provided upon reservation.
Cancellation
Cancellation will result in a forfeit of your deposit. You will be held responsible for full payment of the intended trip for cancellations within one week of the trip departure date.
If for unforeseen circumstances, I must cancel or reschedule your trip, you will receive a full refund or credit.
Insurance
Accident insurance is very highly recommended and must be obtained by all potential clients. We highly recommend an inexpensive rescue and repatriation insurance, which is provided by either Air Glacier or REGA, for ~ 30 sfr. /year.
Weather
In any alpine range, weather can deteriorate very rapidly. It is our primary objective to complete all trips as planned, but we will not put ourselves or clients at risk.
If in the event of bad weather and/or conditions; I, or any mountain guide working with/for me, holds the right to cancel the planned trip and/or suggest an alternative tour.
Important notice
Climbing and skiing can be hazardous. The risks involved cannot be totally controlled, but they may be greatly reduced through careful preparation/decision making by the guide as well as the client. The more physically prepared and mentally ready you are, the more enjoyable the adventure. Due to these circumstances neither Stephen Hadik or any guide working for/with him will be accountable/responsible for any illness, injury or death sustained on any of our organized tours.
