Mountain Awareness

Mountain Awareness was formed by a group of ski professionals who are committed to increasing safety in the mountains. Our aim is to make information accessible for better risk assessment in the backcountry, so that safer decisions can be made. We believe that it is in the best interest of the ski and snowboard community to acknowledge social responsibility and apply its resources to help achieve this goal.
